“I did my last year of schooling in 2015. Worked as an apprentice until 2020 when I finally decided to get this over with and go write the exam. I bought a program from Electricalexam.ca and bought the CEPE app. The electricalexam program was a huge help. They concentrate on only what you need to know for the exam and the Owner (I think hes the owner?) is always available to clarify things and guide you. I would legit text him questions I didn’t understand and he would reply within 15 minutes with an explanation. The CEPE app I wasn’t a huge fan of because I felt like some answers were wrong but none the less, I believe it helped me in the end. So I booked my exam a month away from the current date to force me to get on it. I worked full time and studied 3h per day after work. Every day for that 1 month. Mostly practice questions and then finding out why I had the answer wrong vs just going onto the next question. A month after was exam day. I didn’t feel super confident but I feel like you never will be. Wrote the exam in about 4h and got out of there without a clue if I passed. Fast forward a long 2 weeks and I received my results online. I was lucky to pass with an 81%. Anyways, hope this helps. Best of Luck!.”
